Jérôme Prieur
Jérôme Prieur is a writer, director and filmmaker. Since his first essay Nuits blanches, his writing has always been inspired by images: from the phantasmagoria of Séance de lanterne magique (about the discovery of cinema by its first viewers) to photographs from the First World War. As a filmmaker, he has made several documentaries on French poets (Antonin Artaud, Jean Paulhan and Léon-Paul Fargue, among others), and is co-creator, with Gérard Mordillat, of the television series Corpus Christi. He holds Ph.Ds in law and literature, the latter supervised by Hélène Cixous.
